Fines can be paid online through the BCCLS website or at the desk.

Library Cards
​Every family member (Kindergarten and up) is entitled to a free Harrington Park Library card with valid proof of residency. Children are issued a card under the authority of their parent or legal guardian. There is a $5.00 fee to replace a lost or stolen card.
TO GET A CARD, PLEASE BRING IN THE FOLLOWING:
A Valid New Jersey Driver's License or non-driver's ID showing a current Harrington Park Street Address (not a P.O. Box)
OR
TWO of the following containing the applicant's name and street address:

-
Mortgage statement
-
Town tax bill
-
Lease
-
Utility bill (e.g. PSE&G, water, phone)

Bank statement
-
Credit card bill
COURTESY CARD (HARRINGTON PARK USE ONLY):
Letter from employer on letterhead verifying employment in Harrington Park or latest pay stub showing name and address of HP employer and driver’s license with home address.
LIBRARY CARD RENEWALS
Library cards are issued for a three year period. Identification is needed to renew a card.

BORROW! Here at the Harrington Park Public Library we have books, magazines, audiobooks on CD & playaway, music CDs, movies and TV series on DVD. We also have a Korean language collection of fiction and nonfiction books and movies.

BORROW FROM OTHER LIBRARIES! There are 77 libraries in BCCLS with more than 5,800,000 items – with your library card, you can borrow from any of them. You can borrow in person or request items to be sent to the library of your choice for you to pick up.
