Quantmeyer Room

The Quantmeyer Room (upstairs meeting room) is available free of charge to all Harrington Park non-profit groups during regular library hours with Library Board of Trustees’ approval.  All groups that use the Quantmeyer Room must fill out a USE OF FACILITY form agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations listed on the reverse side of THE USE OF FACILITY form:

• Attendance is limited as designated by the Harrington Park Fire Inspector.

• Occupancy: 40

• Children must be supervised with a ratio of one adult per 10 children.  

• Smoking is prohibited in the Library at all times

• Refreshments are permitted: applicants are expected to clean up the room after the meeting.

Pending Board Approval, the room may be rented out to private individuals or businesses for small parties or meetings for a $75 donation.
